During this exciting time we are busy preparing your home to list. We'll make recommendations on repairs/updates needed, we'll bring in a professional staging team to ensure your home is show ready for top dollar, and our dedicated marketing guru will be hard at work designing, and building your dedicated marketing collateral. We also ask that you help collect the needed paperwork for us to list.

Listing and Showing
On Launch day we'll go live in MLS and syndicate across our affiliate partner pages. We will execute your specific showing planning from private showings to broker's open and open houses if desired.
Our professionally trained team will share your home's story with potential buyers and ensure they see and understand up front all of the disclosures on the home so there are less surprises once under contract.

Negotiations to Closing
Congratulations, you've received an offer! First up, we strategically negotiate to net you the most money with terms that favor your desired outcome. Once we are officially under contract, e have 30-45 days to roll up our sleves and get busy! We'll oversee the inspections, the disclosures, the survey, the appraisals, the walk throughs and the tight timeline to ensure you do not miss any contract deadlines. We'll also manage the buyer's side to ensure they stay on track as well. We are here to arrange for cleaners, movers and final yard care and will remind you to switch your utilities, moving address and everything else involved with selling your island home! It's an almost 150 steps during this time period - we've got you covered!
