ABOUT ME
As someone who spent my childhood summers in Hawaii, I always knew I wanted to return and raise my family in this beautiful, close-knit beach town community. My affection for Oahu brought me back to Kailua, where I not only fell in love with the area but also found an incredible team of inspiring women who motivated me to channel my creativity and passion into a career in real estate.
Helping families find their forever homes on Oahu is a true joy and privilege. I am grateful to work with the dedicated team at Island Living Homes, where every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge, and have spent over 20 years in the Film and TV industry. This background has equipped me with a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic—qualities that I bring to every client interaction. My goal is to ensure that each of my clients feels special, enjoys the process, and feels secure knowing that their best interests are my top priority. Alongside the support of the entire Island Living Homes team, I strive to make buying or selling a home a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Alongside my wonderful children and our lovable golden retriever, we've joyfully embraced the spirit of community service. From volunteering at the Hawaii Food Bank to filling backpacks for back-to-school and adopting a family during Christmas, our family finds joy in supporting one another and giving back. These values are the heart of what makes Hawaii feel like home to us.

Nicole spent the past 20+ years working in the Film and TV industry until deciding to move to Hawaii with her wonderful husband, three beautiful, lively children, and two hysterical dogs. She quickly fell in love with Kailua and met the amazing team of women at Island Living Homes who inspired her to take her creativity and zest for life into real estate.
Nicole has always had a passion for community service and supporting organizations that help families and children. Whether it’s volunteering at the Hawaii Food Bank, filling backpacks for kids for back to school, or “adopting” a family at Christmas, she always knows the most important thing in life is to support one another and to give back through service or even just a smile.
